Required Documents for Typing & Processing New Born Visa Stamping

• Newborn baby’s Visa must be Stamped within 120 days from the Date of Birth.
• If late, there is a Dh 50 fine for each day after 120 days for not stamping in the Passport.
• Additionally, there is a Dh 20 fine for each day after 120 days for not typing Emirates ID application.

All the following documents should be brought to our office for Stamping Visa in the Passport

• Baby Original Passport
• Baby Original Birth Certificate
• Baby Health Insurance
• Baby One photograph (white Background)
• Parent’s Passport
• Sponsor’s Original Emirates ID Card
• Sponsor’s Employment Contract or Salary Certificate (for government / semi-government / free zone)
• Tenancy Contract

• PASTING VISA(STICKER) IN THE PASSPORT IS NO MORE AVAILABLE NOW

• When we receive all the documents we type for Emirates ID & Visa application.
• Normally, the Visa and Emirates ID will be approved within 2 to 3 working days. Within 2 weeks after approval, you will receive your Emirates ID Card. If you don’t receive the Emirates ID Card within 2 weeks, kindly contact 600522222.
